Confront Herbicide

Use rate: 1-2 pints/acre, depending on weeds to be controlled

A nonphenoxy herbicide, Confront is ideal for high-use areas, including parks, golf courses, commercial grounds and schools, because it provides superior post-emergence control of more than 35 difficult-to-manage species of broadleaf weeds, including clover, dandelion and oxalis. Confront is not labeled for use on residential turf.

Confront specialty herbicide contains the active ingredients triclopyr (33%) and clopyralid (12.1%). Each of these ingredients controls a broad spectrum of weeds. Together, the two chemistries form an unbeatable duo, providing eight to 12 week control so fewer treatments are needed.
  • Broad-spectrum post-emergence herbicide
  • Low-odor
  • Provides superior control of up to 35 "difficult-to-manage" species of broadleaf weeds
  • Provides broad-spectrum weed control with one application, saving the product and labor costs of repeat treatments
  • Labeled for use on most established cool- and warm-season turfgrasses including Bahiagrass, Bentgrass, Bermudagrass, Kentucky Bluegrass, Kentucky Centipedegrass, Creeping Red Fescue, Chewing Fescue, Fescue, Ryegrass and Zoysiagrass. See label for complete listing.
